an idea or feeling which a word invokes for a person in addition to its literal or primary meaning.

Root Word: The prefix con-, which means “with” or “thoroughly,” appears in numerous English vocabulary words, for example: connect, consensus, and conclude.

Synonyms: overtone(मकसद),   undertone(आंतरिक गुण),     undercurrent(अंतर्धारा),    implication(निहितार्थ)

Antonyms: misconception(ग़लतफ़हमी),    denotation(हिदायत),    rating(स्थिर करना)

Trick: Hinduism has some old and orthodox connotations.
