Most awaited exam is RBI grade b notification is every year released by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is soon expected to release by RBI. Once the notification is released, candidates are allowed to apply online. Last year a total of 166 vacancies were released for the RBI Grade B recruitment.

Age Criteria:
Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 30 years
For candidates possessing M.Phil.and Ph.D. qualification, the upper age limit will be 32 and 34 years respectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a citizen of India
Must be a subject of Nepal
Must be a subject of Bhutan
Must be a Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 who has the intention of settling permanently in India.
A person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Uganda

Education Qualification:

Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) -(General) A minimum of 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD) or an equivalent grade in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 12th (or Diploma or equivalent) and 10th Standard examinations.
Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)DEPR A Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute.
Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)DSIM A Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years; OR

Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and one-year postgraduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from an institute of repute.

M. Stat. The degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate of all semesters/years

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years

Selection Procedure: 

RBI Grade B 2019 Exam is conducted in three phases:
Preliminary exam
Mains exam
Interview process
Candidates are required to clear all the three phases in order to get a confirmed post as a Grade B Officer in Reserve Bank of India.

Interview Process:

Candidates are shortlisted for the interview round based on the marks secured in Phase-II Exam of all categories. The list of candidates selected for the interview round will be shared by the board 15-20 days after the Phase-II examination. Candidates may opt for the interview round to be either in Hindi or English. The interview session will carry 50 marks which will be considered for the final selection.
